He has received numerous awards recognizing his leadership, including induction into the U.S. Wireless Hall of Fame, the Atlanta Business Hall of Fame, and the prestigious Global Innovation Award from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Mr. de la Vega has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and a master’s degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University. He completed the Executive Program at the University of Virginia and received a Doctor Honoris Causa from FAU.

]]>Previously, Mr. Córdoba worked as an independent investment banker in Colombia from 1992 to 2001, advising foreign companies in their development of business in Colombia and doing M&A for different infrastructure deals. Mr. Córdoba holds a degree in Business Administration from La Universidad de los Andes at Bogotá, and an MBA from El Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain.
Mr. Córdoba is a member of several boards of directors, including Valorem, Cine Colombia and Bodytech. He is a member of the Board of Trustees, and the Executive Committee at la Universidad de los Andes, President of the Board of Directors of a nonprofit organization that provides education for children of scarce resources (Jardin Infantil Obrero ), member of the board and former Chair of YPO Colombia.

]]>Camila majored in Communications and Law, with an emphasis in finance law. She will receive her Juris Doctor degree from the Pontifical Xaverian University in 2024. She studied abroad for a year at the Institut Supérieur du Commerce in Paris, France.
Camila has been part of various non-profit projects, impacting single moms living in poverty, indigenous fishermen, and farmers. She also developed a women empowerment and financial education program for the inmate teen community in Bogotá, Colombia.
Camila is fluent in English, Spanish and French. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and playing tennis.

Esther previously served as President & CEO of the Latino Corporate Director Association (LCDA), where she led LCDA’s rapid expansion. She launched the BoardReady Institute and was executive producer of the Annual Board Leaders Convening covering corporate governance trends.
She brings a deep understanding of the intersection of the nonprofit, business, and government sectors having worked in leadership roles with the nation’s most powerful leaders, including Members of Congress, Cabinet Members, corporate directors and CEOs. Other past roles include President & CEO of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI); Executive Director of the U. S. Department of Energy office of small business utilization (SES level); and Executive Director/Legislative Director of Congressional Hispanic Caucus at the US House of Representatives.
She was recognized by Diligent as a 2022 Modern Governance 100 Honoree, served on the inaugural advisory council of NACD’s Center for Inclusive Governance, and is faculty for Competent Boards — based in Canada. Juan Carlos was born in Cali, Colombia and grew up in Queens, NY. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. ]]>Paul joined Flex through the acquisition of Chatham Technologies Inc. in April 2000. While at Chatham Technologies, he served as senior vice president of Global Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Humphries held senior leadership positions at AlliedSignal, Honeywell and Borg-Warner Corporation in Europe and North America.
Paul has served on the board of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation since 2006 and Superior Industries International, Inc. since 2016. Since retiring has accepted additional advisory and board roles with Trackonomy Inc, Our Next Energy, Westfall Technik and Aniline. He also acts as an adviser to several technology startups where he also participates as an investor.
